Today many people blame others for the decay in moral society. However, these same individuals do not accept responsibility for their negative actions.

You could say that Adolph Hitler was a great leader, but he was hardly a role model for a moral society. For many teenagers, a sporting hero or a pop star are their role models, despite such hero’s having 'feet of clay.'
4. Education: Educated voters are the best thing for which a society could ask. Conversely, uneducated people who don't vote are very, very bad for society. Strong public education system is critical, and it is important for a society to offer anyone who wants it the means to gain higher education.
   
5. Educational Intuitions as well as Parents: should not concentrate on only Ranks. But also should tell moral values from child hood. And institutions can make them students as the strength for society if they try.
6. Famous People: Film actors, cricketers etc... Many people are blindly following you. Try to inspire people in a right direction. Just for money don’t act in ads which will spoil people health Ex. Alcohol, Cool Drinks and Pan etc...
7. Media: Indirectly people learning how to make crime, 
• Try to teach moral values to society.
• Don’t encourage astrology such things because you’re in a position to improve the society in a forward direction.
• If you are showing something to people just do bit impact analysis.
• Tell the root causes for parents where children’s are addicting for bad habits so that they can take of their children’s.
• Show Great people history, science, General awareness, law etc… in media.
8. Corruption: Corruption of public officials is very hard on a society.
9. Courts: An effective legal system is crucial; overloaded courts, or "broken" courts system is tough on a society.
