How To Apply Birth Certificate
Generally applying birth certificate is two types
1. New Birth Certificate Registration
2. Late Birth Registration
1. New Birth Certificate Registration :
  • In new birth certificate first we have to visit nearest meeseva center and then need to request them for new birth application form. 
  • Fill the form with your name , wife name , baby date of birth , hospital details , birth place , delivery date like that details . 
  • Attach the application with Hospital Delivery confirmation receipt . 
  • Now submit the application form to the meesev aoperator .
  •  He will apply new birth certificate with your details . 
  • For this new Birth certificate online registration a little bit charges bay me applied. 
  • From the date of applying in below 15 days birth certificate will be issued with out name.
  •  After 3 months again visit meeseva center and again apply for birth certificate with name. 
  • In this time attach the application with old birth certificate zerox copy. 
2. Late Birth Registration :
In late birth certificate registration those candidates who willing to apply for birth certificate at late time need to apply for Non availability certificate before applying for birth certificate . This non availablility will take 15 working days to issue. Once it issued you have to make notary about your self declaration . With the notary and non availability certificate  you can apply for late birth certificate. Make sure to attach the both certificates mentioned in above at the time of late birth certificate registration . The application may take 90 working days to approve. Once approved the certificate we can collect it from meeseva(E-Seva) center . Or you opted through courier then it will sent to the address.

Birth Certificate Online Process Through Meeseva :
  • We can also apply birth certificate in nearest meeseva(E-Seva)
  • But it takes 90 working days to approve. 
  • If we opted for deliver in courier then we will get that certificate in courier for these courier we have to pay charges specially in the time of application fee payment 
  • Every one can get birth and death certificates quickly with meeseva(E-Seva) centers.
  • Every one can request these certificates through meeseva(E-Seva)official website or meeseva(E-Seva) Online portal . The certificates will be sent to the applicant by courier.
  • You can also check  birth records for your name . If not found , they can check whether their name is registered or not .

Issue of certificates through AP Online

AP Online facilitates the issue of various certificates by the AP Government to the citizens, online. Someexamples of these certificates issued are:
  • Income certificate
  • Caste certificate
  • Nativity certificate
  • Birth certificate
The individuals applying for issue of certificates to the government through AP Online have to do so by filling an online application form. This application form is submitted to the proper issuing authority. For example, the application form for issue of birth certificate is submitted to the department of municipal administration.
In addition to the application form submitted online, certain attachments may have to be submitted by the individual who is applying, as attachments, for the purpose of governmental verification. The applicant receives an acknowledgement from the GoAP organization on submitting the application form.
After the application form is submitted and has been processed, the required certificate is issued to the applicant.
